Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup Crisco shorting
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Baking your cookies
Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
Beat together moist ingredients until creamy, while gradually adding flour mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Mash dough balls flat with fork.
Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
