Chocolate Pecan Butter Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups shortening
1/2 cup butter
4 cups flour
2 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup chocolate malted milk powder
4 tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans

Baking your cookies
In mixing bowl Combine shortening, butter,
malted milk powder, brown sugar, chocolate syrup
and vanilla extract.
Beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat again.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt in mixing bowl.
Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Shape dough into 2 inch balls and place
on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F. for about 10 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
